• Hired to be District Manager in Fort Stockton, Texas. Performed so well that the owner of the company promoted me in only four months to Operations Manager over all natural gas operations for the company. Moved to Midland Texas into the headquarters.

• Created GMB Plastic Pipe™.  Served numerous oil companies out of Midland Texas.  Did 1.3 million in year one. 

 

• Hired to be the Founding Director of the Petroleum Technology Department. Strategized, created, and built the program. Grew from zero to 350 students in ten months.  

 

• Employed by First Baptist Church Dallas as an Educational Minister.  Worked with W.A. Criswell in ministry efforts around the globe.

 

• Created, managed and led this historical book publishing company into software sales.  Invented the Ministry Related Software – Authorized Dealer™ program that sold MRS to over 4,000 Christian bookstores nationwide.

 

• Created and sold the DataShop Network™ to Christian Bookstores nationwide.

 

• Hired to be the VP of Technology for Henry S. Miller Real Estate.  Created the NetStar Program™ that moved agents and their listings to both computer and the Internet.

 

• Created the Technology Partnership Program (TPP) ™, which helped real estate brokers nationwide transition from paper to sophisticated software systems.

• Hired to Manage the GTE  Technology Solutions Center (TSC) in Dallas Texas. This Center packaged and sold network solutions to vertical markets nationwide.

 

• Created CountryMedic, Inc. that raised funds and developed electronic health record systems. Built cutting edged front-to-back office solutions on new platforms.

 

• Earned a MA in Communication from Angelo State University.

• Earned a PhD in Organizational Leadership from the University of the Incarnate Word. 

 

• Taught undergraduate students at ASU in communication.

• Co-taught doctoral students in blended learning environments at UIW.

 

• Consulted for companies like Smith Associates of San Antonio, both domestically and internationally. In strategy, growth and organizational leadership consulting I use both industry standards, as well as tools such as SAFIRE™ and PEDALS ™ that we have developed in-house.
